Twitch Partner Program
Twitch's tier above Affiliate. Streamers who finish the Path to Partner achievement can apply; Twitch also reviews consistency, viewership and engagement.
Requirements as stated on the source
- Path to Partner: 6 streams on 6 unique days with an average of 75 viewers in the last 30 days.
- Path to Partner: 6 streams on 6 unique days with an average of 75 viewers in the 30-60 days before that.
- Meet all three Path to Partner requirements within the same 30-day period.
- Recent past broadcasts published and publicly available for review (the Tips page exempts streamers opted into the DJ Program).
- Follow Twitch's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and DMCA Guidelines; no suspension for at least 60 days before applying.
Process
Completing the achievement unlocks the application. The Tips page says review 'typically takes up to 2 weeks' and the outcome is sent by email; the help page says applying does not guarantee Partnership.
Notes and caveats
- Twitch says viewership from front page carousel promotion or embeds does not count, and that streamers who consistently average about 70-80 viewers are more likely to be invited than those whose viewership varies between 20 and 200.
- Twitch says it may consider applications outside these criteria in rare cases, such as exceptional viewership growth or a large established audience on other platforms.
- The checker below models only the 75 average viewers figure; the stream-count and 30-day conditions are not modeled, so meeting it is not enough on its own.
